I am a first-year Ph.D. student in Computer Science at the University of Illinois Chicago, advised by Prof. Hao Chen. I graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in Dec. 2025. Previously, I worked with Prof. Yanjun Li and Prof. Gustavo Seabra at the University of Florida, co-developing gScreening—an automated, reproducible pipeline for large-scale virtual screening experiments on HPC clusters.
My current research focuses on single-cell spatial genomics, developing computational methods to analyze and integrate spatial transcriptomics data.
Previously, I worked on AI-driven drug discovery, building scalable ML pipelines for large-scale virtual screening and structure-based protein–ligand modeling.
